You can order a product in Floweringo by filling the order form in our website. The order confirmation message will be posted to you within 3 hours.

- Which courier do you depend up on?
We don’t depend up on any courier services. We have our own delivery team all over Kerala. We deliver all our products in hand.
We assure the gifts are delivered safer and faster Floweringo is the largest gift network in Kerala.
- How can I know whether the delivery is done?
Floweringo generate an e-mail to the customer’s email address when the gift is delivered. We have our Customer support opened 24/7.

- What if the product is not delivered?
Floweringo is the largest gift dealer in Kerala. If we can’t deliver, then no one will be able to do it. However, delivery of certain items
may not be possible under certain uncontrollable circumstances. In that case, you always have a right to get 100% refund of your money.

Yes, we have refund policies. No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than the claim for 100%

- What are the hidden charges when I sent gifts to my beloveds?
All charges displayed here are inclusive. No hidden charges are taken from the customer.
- From where are the items bought?
Most of our flowers are bought from the best dealers from the respective cities and the rest are taken from Floweringo horti-farms.
Cakes, Chocolates and Teddy bears are bought from the leading branded outlets in the respective cities.
- How are the items delivered?
All gift items are delivered individually by our delivery boys in hand.
- Where all are the gifts delivered?
The gifts can be delivered any where in Kerala. We even deliver in rural areas within two business days.
- Can you deliver gifts on the same day?
Yes, we deliver gifts on the same date but we can’t assure the time. In rural areas it may take up to two business days.
- Do you have any acknowledgement facility?
Yes we do have acknowledgement facility. Floweringo make sure that the product is delivered on time.
We will send an email to the customer as soon as the gift is delivered.
- Do you charge any addition charges?
Normally in business hours we don’t charge any additional charges, but for the midnight and early morning deliveries
Floweringo charges a small amount from the customer to the delivery boys.
- Are the items delivered as per the display on the web page?
Flower arrangements shown here are indicative. We do our best to give better result than shown.
It may be possible that actual arrangement varies due to in availability of flowers and other reasons beyond our control.
- Can the order given be changed?
Yes the given order could be changed within 4 hours of placing order. We don’t change the order if the team is on their way to delivery.
- Can I send some message along with the gift?
Yes you can send a message along with the gift. Floweringo provides an expensive greeting card absolutely free.
Your message will be written in the greeting card.
- Can you deliver keeping my identity a secret?
Sure we will keep customer’s identity as secret if he/she wishes so. But we are forced to reveal customer’s identity in case of any enquiry.
- Can I phone or fax my order?
No orders are taken through phone or fax
- Which all credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and Debit Cards issued in India
- How can I know the current status of my order?
You can check it by leaving a message to support@floweringo.com.
- Do you deliver outside Kerala?
We accept outside Kerala orders in special cases. But we won’t deliver the gifts by hand.
We depend on courier service in case of non perishable gifts.
- Can I pay cash to place an order?
No cash dealings are promoted.
